Signing White Paper Slips: 

• All orders have a white paper slip in which states, when we bagged the order, called and texted the person. 
• Once guests walk out our doors, we have no way of knowing if the piece already had a little boo boo before we handed it over. This is really important! 
• We ask all our guests to please DOUBLE check all pieced inside the order. Once you’ve open the bag, checked all pieces and they are the right ones and everything is okay, then you sign on the bottom. This is our way of knowing you already came to pick up and the order was received. 

Pottery Firing Disclaimer:

• Pottery is a handmade art form, and the firing process can sometimes create unpredictable results. While we take the utmost care with every piece, factors such as air bubbles, glaze reactions, and piece of pottery imperfections may affect the final outcome.

Liability Disclaimer:

• Color Me Mine is not responsible for cracks, glaze imperfections, or other firing-related issues that naturally occur in the kiln.
• These occurrences are a normal part of working with pieces of pottery and are beyond our control.

Boo Boos:

• If a piece is determined to be defective due to firing, guests may receive the option to repaint the same piece (if we have a duplicate) or paint something of the same value.
